The odds of winning the EuroMillions raffle twice in two years are about 283 billion to one, but one British couple has done just that.
David and Kathleen Long claimed nearly $2 million in 2013, and now they've done it again.
Mr Long says his wife couldn't believe their luck.
"She looked at it and got the iPod out and checked it on the iPod, even though it was there on the big screen. Then she even put her glasses on and she went up to the television to check it again."
The couple says this win was different to their first – in addition to the cash, they scored a top-of-the-range Jaguar.
