Chocolate the key to a good memory? Forget it

There's good news for chocolate lovers out there – a new study shows that cocoa could be the secret to good memory in old age.

Scientists have found that elderly people who had consumed higher volumes of cocoa bean flavanols performed better in a cognitive task.

But don't go wolfing down any old chocolate – the participants were eating a special formulation with an incredibly high concentration of flavanols not found in the ordinary stuff.

Also recent findings prove once and for all Polynesians who landed on Easter Island went on to contact South Americans well before any Europeans showed up.
