Carolyn Taylor eliminated from Dancing with the Stars NZ

Carolyn Taylor has become the second contestant eliminated from Dancing with the Stars NZ.

The former children's TV presenter rocked out to Shania Twain's 'I Feel Like A Woman', but her foxtrot failed to impress the judges or the New Zealand public.

She and Nadia Lim were this week's bottom two, and Taylor was voted out following last week's elimination of Jude Dobson.

Taylor told hosts Dai Henwood and Sharyn Casey she'd "had a blast" on the competition.

"Obviously I'm sad it's over this soon, but we had a really great time," she said.

"I'd obviously like to thank Johnny. He's been a legend. It's been so fun just learning. It's been a dream to be on this show - a dream come true.

"Obviously I hope Cure Kids are happy with what we've done for them, and my husband because I've been M.I.A. for a little while now."

The next episode of DWTS NZ will air on Sunday at 7pm on Three. The full episode can be watched again on ThreeNow.
