Police have filed new charges against a teen who allegedly rolled a ute which killed a 17-year-old and injured six others in Auckland last month.
The 18-year-old was reportedly doing donuts at Rothesbay Bay when the ute he was driving flipped on June 23.

He was initially charged with driving dangerously causing injury. He has now also been charged with driving dangerously causing death, failing to stop or ascertain injury and excess breath alcohol for a person under 20.
Robbie Cederwall died in hospital after the crash. He was a student leader at Rangitoto College and a Salvation Army volunteer.
Six others were left with minor to moderate injuries. Some were riding on the back of the ute while others were inside of the cab.
He is due to appear in the North Shore District Court on Wednesday.
