Police in Waitematā are encouraging anyone who sees unsafe driving by the Hells Angels Nomads gang today to film it.
Officers are aware of plans for a motorcycle run by the gang in the North Shore and Rodney areas.
Inspector Simon Walker said they would be monitoring the event and collecting any evidence of traffic breaches or unsafe behaviour.
He said anyone committing offences or putting the wider community at risk would be investigated and prosecuted.
Residents who see unsafe driving are being encouraged to note registration numbers and film the behaviour.
