Hello folks and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of the opening game of the Mitre 10 Cup between North Harbour and Canterbury on Aucland's North Shore.
Canterbury will unleash their big guns for the opening match of the season, with six All Blacks named in their side.
Front-row duo Joe Moody and Codie Taylor will pack down in the scrum, along with lock Sam Whitelock and loose forward Cullen Grace. George Bridge is the only All Black in the starting backline, while Richie Mo'unga will play his 50th game off the bench.
After missing the 2019 season through injury, first-five Bryn Gatland will provide a boost to Harbour's premiership hopes, while halfback Bryn Hall will face off against many of his Crusaders Super Rugby teammates.
All Blacks prop Karl Tu'inukuafe features in the front row.
