Have Your Say: Will you travel to Australia when the travel bubble begins?

  • 06/04/2021

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced a date for the new travel bubble between New Zealand and Australia - April 19 - but will you use it?

The long-awaited bubble will mean Kiwis and Australians will be able to travel between the two countries without the need to quarantine for two weeks at either end.

It will be a relief for many who have been kept apart from loved ones for over a year as the pandemic raged on, and to businesses who could use a much-needed boost.

But some people are also hesitant to travel in case a COVID-19 outbreak occurs and they become trapped in either country.

Will you travel to Australia once the bubble begins? Have your say in our straw poll below. Having trouble viewing the poll? Click here.
