A student's "adorable" thank-you note for their teacher has gone viral after their Perth mother shared it to Facebook.

The note, addressed to Mr Norman, uses different bars of chocolate and lollies to spell out a heartwarming message as classes finish for the school year.

"Mr Norman," it reads.

"You are an (Extra) special teacher and I thought about getting you a trip on a private space-shuttle or a private (Aero)-plane to (Mars) or even a (Twirl) around the (Milky Way) or not to mention perhaps a (Turkish Delight) adventure.

"The problem is that I earn (Peanut Slab)!! So please don't (Snickers) at my card... but I was in a time (Crunchie) organising your gift! Thank you for turning me into a real (Smarties) this year. You have given my learning a real (Boost).

"Take a (Time Out) and (Crunch) and (Chomp) you way through this card."
