Krispy Kreme's first New Zealand store opening draws long lines of customers

The opening day of New Zealand's first-ever Krispy Kreme doughnut store has drawn long lines of customers, both on foot and in vehicles.

Aerial footage taken near the Manukau City store shows the scale of the queues, snaking along the path and down the road near the store.

The new store boasts both a retail shop and a drive-through, as well as the company's manufacturing facilities.

It hopes to open more stores in the future.
