An OnlyFans creator has been praised for her "perfect" response to UK broadcaster Piers Morgan's "very misogynistic question" after he asked what her future children might think of her career choice.
Elle Brooke, 25, recently appeared on his show Piers Morgan Uncensored, where she was asked why she stopped studying law and dropped out of university altogether to pursue a full-time career on OnlyFans.
Morgan asked Brooke: "I'm just curious about you - being someone who embarks on a law career - who's obviously very bright, went to university, packed it in just for money, to be effectively an online stripper. I mean, that's what you do, right?"
She replied: "I could be a good lawyer, yes, but also, am I good at doing other things on video and camera? Yes."
Brooke didn't divulge exactly how much money she makes through the platform, but claimed she's in the top 0.01 percent of creators and "earns a lot" from her work.
"I wouldn't have made loads of money as a solicitor anyway. I would have made money, yes, but I earn that in two weeks now," she added.
Morgan then asked Brooke what her future children might think about her life as a sex worker.
"Are you going to be proud that you have your little ones and they look at you and go: 'Didn't you want to be a lawyer?' and you go, 'Yeah, but look at all my stuff'."
"They can cry in a Ferrari," Brooke hit back, leaving Morgan seemingly speechless.
A clip of Brooke's interview with Morgan, which was shared to Twitter on Thursday by viral news account Daily Loud, has since racked up over 46 million views at the time of writing.
Many Twitter users applauded Brooke for her "badass" response to Morgan.
"The perfect response," one person said, with a second adding: "Badass answer to a very misogynistic question trying to shame you. Awesome girl!"
"This has got to be the greatest response I ever heard anyone say on national television," a third responded.
Others took the chance to defend other women in the sex work industry.
"It's always this question that people ask us like we didn't already think that far. Did you know that some of these women are already moms doing this for their kids?!" one sex worker wrote.
"I love her unapologetic attitude towards being and doing exactly what she wants to do with her brilliant mind and body. It's always so funny how mad people get at beautiful women happily winning the game of life," another said.
"Y'all gotta stop trying to slut-shame people. At least they are living their truth!" a third person weighed in.
Brooke herself even chimed in after the video went viral, joking: "Iconic if I do say so myself."
OnlyFans was created in 2016 and is largely used by sex workers, YouTubers, fitness trainers, and other creators as a way to make money from subscription-based content.
There are reportedly more than 120 million registered users and over two million content creators, according to TechReport. Top creators can make an estimated $100,000 monthly.
